Crown Perfect Productions would like your visit to our Country to be a memorable experience. Your scheduled visit will consist of a fun filled day at "Six Flags Over Georgia", a tour of Atlanta which includes "Martin Luther King Museum", the "World of Coca Cola" and a full day of "Shopping, Shopping, Shopping".
Enclosed you will find a "Letter of Invitation" to help you obtain your "Visa" to visit the United States. Please fill in the appropriate information and forward with appropriate "Visa" form to the American Embassy in your country. You will need to check with the Embassy for any immunizations you may need to enter the US. Return a copy of our "Invitation Letter" with your "Passport" number and date of birth for our records. We will need the following flight information: Name of Airlines - Flight Number - Time of Arrival and Departure. Schedule departure flight late on Sunday, August 01, 2004. Include a photo for the 2004 Miss International World Program Book. Include complete email address.(Print).
Complete the enclosed application and return with your deposit. Upon receipt of your $175.00(US dollars) your National Rhinestone Banner will be ordered and shipped directly to you. Payment is accepted either International Money Order made payable to "Bobbie Terry" or via www.paypal.com at Pageantspp@cs.com. If paying via Pay Pal, include .3% for the Pay Pal service charge. Your $475.00 entry balance deadline is June 01, 2004. Payment is accepted same as above. Entry Fee includes hotel accommodations, daily breakfast, annual Perfect Production Party with live entertainment and food, tours and Official Rhinestone National Banner.
Optional Awards include; Most Beautiful, Swimsuit, Photogenic, Congeniality, Spirit Award, and "Supermodels International Award" presented by Supermodels Unlimited Magazine(www.supermodelsunlimited.com) and a Costume Winner.
Winner will receive; Full page color photo in Supermodels International Magazine (magazine can be purchased at any Barnes and Nobles Bookstore). Photo featured on International Website(www.perfectpageants.com) Official Rhinestone International Crown, Official Double Rhinestone International Satin Banner, Beautiful Rhinestone Crown Pin, Sterling Silver Engraved Bowl, Photo shoot with PrimeTimeAtlanta(www.primetimeatlanta.com), Photos of Crowning, 2005 return visit to the United States to crown the 2005 Miss International World winner, Color photo on front cover of 2005 Miss International World Program Book, $1000.00 US dollars and a variety of gifts. First and second alternate will receive engraved plaque and beautiful rhinestone crown pin. All contestants will receive visit to Atlanta, Georgia, USA, hotel accommodations, current issue of Supermodels International Magazine, 2004 Miss International World Program Book, "Six Flags Over Georgia" admission ticket, "Martin Luther King Museum" ticket, "World of Coca Cola" ticket and admission to the annual Perfect Production Party with the National Known Christian Rock Band "Need to Breathe" (www.needtobreathe.net).
Each contestant will be responsible for their own individual health care. (International Medical Group - insurance@imglobal.com - www.imglobal.com). Each contestant will be responsible for their own individual travel expense.

The hotel has a free shuttle for anyone interested in eating at a local
restaurant near hotel. Perimeter Center area of Atlanta is very
safe. It is recommended that contestants do not leave hotel
alone. You will need to bring spending money for any additional
meals or souvenirs as well as shopping on Friday, July 30, 2004.
Tickets to "Six Flags Over Georgia" does not include any meals.
Family members and friends are welcome, however, they will be responsible
for their own hotel room and any other expense.
PrimeTimeAtlanta Photography will be available for those of you interested in a private photo shoot. Prices are very reasonable. PrimeTimeAtlanta will be available for additional information at registration or you can contact direct at PrimeTimeAtlanta@aol.com. Anyone interested in arriving early for possible contact with: Elite-Atlanta Modeling Agency - 181 14th St - Atlanta, Georgia 30309, please let me know. You will be responsible for your transportation to the hotel and for your hotel accommodations until Monday, July 26, 2004. I understand my travel to the Miss International World Pageant in Atlanta, Georgia, USA, July 26, 2004 - August 01, 2004 is at my own risk. I understand I am to conduct myself in a moral and responsible manner during my participation in the 2004 Miss International World Pageant. I understand, should I win the Miss International World 2004 title, I will be the International Ambassador for Crown Perfect Productions, Company Inc. and will promote my title and the company for twelve months by making appearances and generating interest in any and all countries available to me.
