Subject: Raven & Faith - Season 3 Observation...

Ok, Kashy has been watching season 3 tonight (as homework to bone up on Faith stuff....oh, god, stop me!!), and he noticed something in the season opener, Anne, which he informed me of - Giles mentions, when talking about finding Buffy, that there were reports of a girl in Oakland who had been fighting vampires. Now, in my mind, this goes one of 2 ways...

1) This was Faith. Nothing much to add here :)

2) This was Raven. Now, this idea I like, as it also brings up her backstory - where has she been?

Has she been dead, and Amy & the Prissymama cult just raised her? Has she just been around, doing random stuff and Amy just brought her into Sunnydale? Has she been trapped in some hell dimension, or in some wierd world of limbo (like the one featured in the DS9 episode "The Visitor", the white background and nothing else)? We should probably think about this, could make things more interesting for her...

Maybe we could do a flashback episode?

Oh, and on the subject of Amy - I'm thinking she's killed by Prospectusgiver. In a sort of twist of fate - she helped to raise this thing, in the hopes that she finally gets someone to look out for like a mother should, but instead she winds up dead. Obviously, there'd be more emotion (and cliches - she could be just about to start helping the Scoobies when she pops it), but I think its a good idea, and i think is a worthy ending for Amy's storyline :)

I think Amy should dissapear with Raven for a while or something that way she isnt around the ENTIRE season which could get old...
