This made me laugh:
"Buffy: Actually we never really clarified if you were or weren�t, so I�m glad to have that loose end tied up."
I liked the little reference to the confusion people on the board had!

"Xander: By hottie, I mean evil hell demon." And lol the dialogue that follows this.

"Buffy: Yeah, that�d be great Dawn! Oh, and if you�re not busy later, we can introduce you to torture techniques!"
Funny!

"Buffy: Look, Dawn, I know how much it would mean to you, but�.you�re still my little sister. Mom would want me to take care of you, and that includes not letting you get in on the Slayer action. I�m sorry."

This isn't funny, but I like any well written and organic reference to Joyce that doesn't seem contrived or there to just be like, "look I'm mentioning a character that left!" Cause in real life I think this is how Buffy would mention her mother.

"Buffy: Right, him�.was that before or after Riley?"
Funny! Makes up for the missing Ben reference in Lies My Parents Told Me!

Did you include the Ben references after hearing how the revelation with him was cut out of LMPTM, or was it just a happy coincidence that he's cut out of the real Buffy episode but then put in ours? Cause I was pissed he was cut out of LMPTM but this made me feel a little better!
