So what happens in the episode? The gang run around trying to find the Yada-yada-you-hoo so they can rescue Andrew when it spits him back up? Hee hee hee!

In the episode, a little town sort-of "owned" this demon, it lived in a house just outside of the town. On special nights, the demon would come to town and eat one of the people there - but it wasnt like you describe it, the demon was forced to do it by the townsfolk. The demon would eat the person, and then later regurgitate the person in the form of vomit, which would (eventually) reform as the person. The snitch was, that the people it ate were terminally ill, and this "rebirth" would cure them. When Agent Doggett was shot in the heart, the demon ate him and remade him because Doggett had been nice to him, rather than forcing him to do stuff.

I'll keep the demon the same, just maybe rework a few things.
But can you imagine this creature? I can picture it perched on someones skull (the victim lying on the floor), 2 hands and 2 feet clasped around this persons temples, sucking it's blood from it's body.

I think its because there's an episode where Data has these wierd dreams and he sees Dr Crusher sucking Riker's brains out through a straw....not much to do with this scene you picture though :)

Maybe it's nose extends really fast and punctures into the victims chest? And sucks out the blood like a straw?

It's the same one episode where he dreamed that Councellor Troi was a cake, and she screamed and begged as he cut himself a slice. That episode was freaky!
