I have a few questions:

1/Are we writing the season eight before or after season 7 finishes?

If we are writing before season 7 ends we need to agree on an ending for season 7 so I can carry on from that.

2/I need to know what the big bad is?, I know it won't feature in my episode but I would like to hint at it!

3/Could I have confirmation on whether there will be any ships especially Xander/Anya!

4/Also I'd like one guest star if possible: Joyce (dream sequence)

So that just leaves Willow/Kennedy.

Any other ships and things won't work out. One person could write a very pro-Spuffy episode, and the next person could have them rowing just because they don't like it. And we ain't gonna descend into that kinda thing!

We're starting writing pretty much now. So yes, a S7 ending needs to be decided on.

let me know what's decided on for season 7 ending.

I need the story arc of the first evil to be resolved in season 7 finale and everyone to be in sunnydale including Giles and Faith.

Like has was with Willow in season 7 opener. I need all the characters to be together in sunnydale. Possibly all at Buffy's house or thereabouts!

Also I'm writng the SIT out of the story too as they just don't figure in my story! They will not even feature in my episode and will only be mentioned by one of the SG.

Only Kennedy will remain because of getting together with Willow.

I personally think Anya and Xander should not get together under any circumstances. They need to move on. It's just personal opinion, you know? And writing this season isn't about having the writers and readers debate about ships. We need to stay away from them because no one will EVER agree.

But like I'm a Spanya, Tara/Willow and Buffy/Angel shipper at heart so we all have different opinions. I think we just kinda have to put our own personal things aside for the good of the team lol. like buffy would!

I jsut kinda think that it might seem a bit empty without relationships. I always kinda thought that the characters all got their strengths and weaknesses, their motivation to fight and their reason to live from their relationships.

I mean without love what makes the characters go.
Without angst what keeps them attracted.

Just ignore this. I don't know what I'm on about.

'ships have always formed a part of the show, more so in recent years but they've always been there. They shouldn't be included just because the writer wants to see the characters together, but yf someone comes up with a really good idea that involves 'ships it shouldn't just be turned down.
I think that while people love their ships they can see a good idea when it's put in front of them, and if the majority of people agree to it then it should be allowed.

But it has to be important to the storyline. I just don't want to have someone say, "Let's put Anya and Xander together because I love them!" or "I always wanted Andrew and Dawn together! So let's do it!" It has to be integral to the main arc. Personally I think if we want to make ships we should bring in new characters. Like bring in a new guy for Buffy, a new girl for Xander, etc.
