Subject: Just clarifying "order of events".

Just thought I'd repost this to make sure everyone knew the procedures etc.

* When a writer completes their episode, email it to me.

* I'll then spell/grammar check the episode, and if there are any major problems, contact the writer for them to make revisions.

* When episode is completed, it will be posted on the board, and I will email a copy of the episode, along with Writers Notes (see below for more details).

Writers Notes:

Just thought this would be a good idea for letting the writer following you know where you intend any story threads you've initiated to go. So, at the end of your episode, please sum up any possibly confusing plot points or explain why an actor is behaving in a certain way. This in no way binds the writers following you to agree with your intentions, but it is at least a good starting point to work from.

Oh, and a sidenote to Neil. This thread wasn't aimed at you! Just coincidence that you posted your episode a little before this - great episode by the way. I'll be doing a check-over shortly, and as soon as we get a response from AnGeL X about posting (still haven't heard anything) we'll get it up at the Cross and Stake. :-)

once you hear from AngelX, wouldnt it be cool if we did Trailers for the episodes? Like right now we can have neil think of a Trailer for his, or like a preview that UPN or ME does....just to get em interested!

I like this idea, we could get the writer to write a short trailer and then include it at the end of the previous ep.
