The need of the Supreme Court of United States to regain their previous standing with many of the public, since their ruling on the Florida Voting fiasco, will probably find them more circumspect on the ongoing decision making cases awaiting them. The mud on their prior clear record of astute constitutional application of the meaning of the laws of the land now has awakened this country that like Hitlers Germany and his rule of law supported by that Supreme Dourt of the land is capable of having a parallel takeover of political philosophy as was engaged in with the decision rendered in the case of Gore vs. Florida . It does not take a genius to surmise that a circuitous route was taken to justify their votes, and the dissention of the few Justices speak to that matter in clear tones. Were I Roenquist after the dressing down by those minority Justices
I would indeed attempt to mend the schism that now exists. Future decisions will always be tinqed with the opponents charges of Foul Play. What a way to determine future constitutional questions!
