What if any connection is there with the energy crisis in California and the Washington government new approach to the drilling for oil and gas in the heretofore protected situs in Alaska? In other words why is there a lack of cooperation with the Federal and State government and theenergy suppliers.Close ties with the intermediary selling the power has been alleged to be present with the past president Bush and the present president Bush. And does the political diadvantage of California stem from its voting record for the Democrats instead of the Republican candidate for the President in the last election. In other words is this pay back time?
