Hallo Sascha. Here is a copy of my email with Jo Wanner from Frankfurt Airport. As you can see right now it is not possible. If SA comes on a different list it will be possible but now it is not.

"Hi Anne
well it turned out to be very difficult!
the puppy must be 3 month old, then microchip and rabies vaccination
After 30 days you can do a RNATT bloodtest and then you have to wait 3 month
so the earliest possibility is to get it in to Germany with 7 Month.
If South Africa will be transferred to the ANNEX II list then this is solved as you can
import from those countries between 8-12 week old puppies
Best regards
Jo

Hi Jo, how are you. I was wondering if you could help us. Someone in Germany wants to import a 10 week old puppy from SA, but they are having a hard time finding out what the rules are and they do not want the puppy to end up in quarantine.
Looking forward to your answer.
Regards
Anne and Shaun"
