No. Sorry to be contrary again (!). I love being touched and used to find it easy to love. Still do, actually - but trust is now a big issue. An incident almost two years ago when I touched and loved deeply for a short while, followed by that man harrassing and stalking me and literally issuing death threats against me - well, that is the terror. The terror is in NOT being touched gently and kindly and lovingly; the terror is in how someone can distort love into a power game that goes mad if you won't play along with them.

Maybe for men there is the problem with an inability to love? Or, more, the terror lies in the LOSS of love.
