I appreciate your perspective. That all makes sense to me: it calls to mind what Martin Buber wrote: my Thou shows up between subject and object, "That which is over against me". It is a mystery that what is over against me, which is independent of me, serves me Supremely, as if "made to order". "i" my not like the way it looks, smells, feels or tastes, but if I have the courage to stand in that Energy, gifts and blessings are revealed to me.
