 Re: the body: inquire into this and see if it might ring true for you: the very instant you become unconditionally honest, allowing consciousness to open and flow all the way through, allowing the integrity of what consciousness actually does know to be of surpreme value, then you will see right through any non-acceptance of anything about the body - as is. No one can tell you what you will see, or what is right or wrong about it. You have to see for yourself. Everything else is just someone else's opinion. It's theirs not yours. Consciousness is honest and you are THAT. It sees and knows itself.
