I am sitting here 9.00am with coffee in hand; my house looks right out over Swansea Bay which, although it is the sea, when it is calm it looks just like a lake. This morning all is calm and tranquil. I re-read p204 of WHY (as I like to call it) yesterday evening. Mmm. Yes. Although, as you say, I'm savouring this here moment as, because I have to go to work in a minute, the day will probably get "hotter" as it goes along, which I'm not looking forward to. I feel like taking a VERY long vacation. Still don't know how things are going to continue to show up now; all I know is that I'm forever changed. When I think I've "lost" what I experienced the other evening, I just whisper to myself "I am the contraction inside my own Being" and it seems obvious again. I know I'm trying to cling to the revelation and won't be allowed to. We'll see what happens next. Knowing my life, probably some dreadful wakedown shakedown... But for now. Yes. Calm. Coffee.
