 Thanks Ben for hanging in here with me. I can't believe I'm spewing all this stuff all over these forums. Or that my MIND is spewing it. Wheeew! I am in a HUGE burn over this but feeling into my body and its burn I also discover that my mind is losing its power to manipulate me. Those voices that usually go off in situations like this where I have exposed and embarrassed myself, the voices that tell me I'm a large piece of unmentionable waste, are simply not there. Just...not there. The body and its burn are here but...no voices. And the body feels so alive in this, so intense. I don't know what else to say. This is just how it is at this moment. God I love you, Cassie
