Oh yes, Norma, I do hear the cry of your heart. The cry for the truth, the core essence of who we really are.

And I hear the pain of denying that truth all these many years and lifetimes. The pain of pretending to be something that we really aren't at all. The pain of holding ourselves away from our shadow. The pain of showing up in this world as only a very, very small part of all that we are. The small, cramped but acceptable part. Oh that pain, I feel it too.

And that is why at last it is such a relief to find that in Waking Down there is no part of me that cannot find permission to show up. All of me is allowed and welcomed and even cherished here. And when I set forth those little experimental tendrils of hidden fears and feelings to find them greeted with great hoots of joy and welcoming! well, what can I say! There's nothing quite like it. It feels like coming home at last.

I am so grateful that you are joining us here on this forum. I love your energy, your thoughts and that core essence of you that bravely comes forth whenever we meet.

I hope that we can meet again both here and in person. There is a different quality to both of these kinds of encounters. In cyberspace there is seems to be a freedom to express what the heart feels that often is difficult to articulate body to body. So in the hope of a more complete communication, I write here to you, my lovely neighbor AND I look forward to being with you again in person very soon.

Blessings and love, Cassie
