The secret to dealing with Wait is after a good whipping, just ignore him for a month or so untill once again he thinks he's an accepted member of the board again. Then you fucking lay into him, when he leasts expects it. It's fun!

When Pfoodman told him he was "refreshing" after he started the thread about "should I take off the plastic thingy between my cassette and spokes?" created a monster. This guy was completely serious in his compliment. Wait began to have a sense of group acceptance that he had never before experienced away from his computer.

By the way, he still has the plastic disk on there....
