even if you could hack into the voy.com's box, what is a reverse lookup gonna tell you? That someone is dialed in through a local ISP, surfs through SBC DSL or Charter Cable. Those are the IP's you'll see. In order to get what individual was surfing the voy.com at a certain time would require a warrant, since i'm sure the ISP is not just give out a customers name to you! There are privacy acts protecting against that.
