i used to run 2-3 times per week, couple miles each run and it seemed to help some. I was doing some hill so maybe that helped.

I play basketball over the winter to keep in shape. After each of my first couple of times playing, my legs are so sore i can hardly walk for the next day or so. However, i can climb on my bike and i cannot feel the soreness at all and my legs are not tired a bit. i would have thought i wouldn't be able to ride either...
