Every time I am on a 1200 hundred cal diet or less for a week or more I feel so weak, I felt so terrible Sunday that I ate about 1700 cals and slept the whole day. I was not sick just worn out. I think I am too active to be on such a low cal diet, I am basically on my feet from 7am to 9-12 pm depending on what I do after the kids go to bed. Does anybody else have this problem? I am going to go up to 1400 cal/day, I think I need evey meal to be 300+cals. I know 1200 is standard diet fare but it does not seem right for me.

Kelly, you do what is best for you. If you are feeling bad like that I would move up too! nt (NT)baby9501211:57:10 03/03/03 Mon
