Transpersonal psychology doesn't offer any definitive answers to these questions - it is essentially a scientific enterprise, not an ideology or religion.

On the other hand, one of the things that transpersonal psychologists are interested in is examining and suggesting ways of evaluating the various answers that people have suggested to these ultimate questions. Also, transpersonal psychology is not averse to coming up with new ways of thinking about these questions.

In practice, a lot of stuff that passes for transpersonal psychology in fact does suggest answers to these questions. Buddhist psychology, Aurobindo, and Wilber, for example, have some pretty clear ideas about these things.
