i was just checking out charles t. russell s website. he is credited with the early teachings of the witnesses in the late 1800 s. his burial site is behind a pyramidal monument with a cross and crown at the peak. just below this is a plaque with the name watchtower bible and tract society. this cemetary is located at the watchtower h.q. in pittsburg. the street just off of the cemetary is masonic way. i found the cross and crown on the pyramid interesting, considering that jw s, while respecting the laws of the land, do not recognize any man-made government, only jehovah and prohibit the belief or use of the cross. i have never been to pittsburg, so i am only going off this site and others that had the same findings.
what are your thoughts.
