I don't think that's what the bible or generally accepted tradition say,

No God is not everywhere at once, or else there would be no point in becoming a burning bush, or getting inside a donkey, or sitting between golden cherubim on the ark of the covenant.

The world is his masterpiece creation! His ultimate cathedral! The greatest symphony! However God is not THE creation. He has come into the world to reveal himself repeatedly, most notably as His Son Jesus. One place he is always to be found, is in the deepest recesses of the Christian's soul - he is in us, but sometimes we probably try to forget that... oops. Accept God and know the subtle difference.
Can't be bothered with scriptural refs right now - I'm tired. - read the whole bible...
