Buddha is more important then Jesus christ. Being a jew, Jesus grew up with the story that one day the son of god would come down and save the world. My opinion is that Jesus was a raving lunatic who did absolutely nothing, but even if he was the son of god, i think that buddha is more important, holy, and wise then him. Buddha dared to think outside the box. The religion and philosophy that he made up was unlike anything he was accustomed to, and was completely new to the world. even jesus, who was supposed to be virtually immortal, lost his temper more then once with people commiting minimal sins such as stealing.
