So here is my cool, rather, SCARY, posting: In terms of the possible upcoming war with/in Iraq, critics are asking why Secretary Powell is not traveling the world to gather support for US military intervention, as his predecessor in the other Bush administration did (Baker? I don't remember his name). Some scholars believe it's because he recognizes that he cannot leave DC if he wishes to influence the President! If true, how scary is that?
