But the dose seems a little high to be practical. Unless it tastes good, then you could maybe sneek some into a salad. I think foxglove is still a better alternative. Foxglove is a very touchy drug/plant; the alkaloid content can vary hugely from plant to plant, and you might end up just fucking someone up a bit and having a VERY detectable alkaloid left in the bloodstream.
