Yeah, that's a good one. But the dose seems a little high to be practical.

Unless it tastes good, then you could maybe sneek some into a salad. I think foxglove is still a better alternative.

Make an extract, mix it with something sweet, and *boom* instant heart attack.

Nah. Foxglove is a very touchy drug/plant; the alkaloid content can vary hugely from plant to plant, and you might end up just fucking someone up a bit and having a VERY detectable alkaloid left in the bloodstream. Not very defensible.

But if you DO choose to go that route, you're gonna want to use Grecian foxglove rather than common foxglove. Higher alkaloid content.
