I am nominating Brian, the dog from the cartoon The Family Guy to be the next president of the united states. Not only does he have a witty sense of humor, but his love for a good stiff drink at 10 am makes him the most reasonable choice. Although a bit out of touch with the reality of americas problems, due to the fact he is, after all, a cartoon, I think he can be brought up to speed on our socio-economic problems. I think his real strong point would be his forign policy. We would however have to beef up his security when he traveled to asia, because we all know they eat dog over there. His ability, however, to get liquored up and have a chat with Putin, or Blair would make him a hit on the UN circut. All in all, he is the best choice in my opinion. My first real choice was John Wayne, but I was shocked to find out he was dead, so this is my next choice. Hey, second choice is not always a bad place to be. Anyhoo, join with me in calling for Brian to stake his claim to the white house and run for president of the united states.
