Even if you change the system, that would not necassarly mean it'd work any better. The people who are in control just change. You can say its for the little guy, but they all have different competing agendas. We can change the two party system into more of a parlamentary system, but in the end some way a few groups would have to come together to create a majority party and then it'd not be much better off than a two party system.
