Subject: 4 New Signings

Just seen this week's Croydon Advertiser, apparently the manager is targetting 4 new signings. I have a couple of queries.
1) given the number of ineffectual signings his has made over the last two seasons, can he assure the supporters and the board that these new signings will be any better than previous efforts.
2)which 4 players from the current squad does he regard surplus to requirements. They did after all manager to get him out of the mire.
3) where does leave the players from Dick Claytons excellent youth team set up. Are they not going to begiven a chance to prove themselves at a higher level.

I am assuming, of course, that he has not been mis quoted again.
