You are missing the point, Hadyn Bird willingly took the job nobody made him take on the role as manager. In taking the position he should be aware the pitfalls if fails to produce. He is fortunate in the fact that he has been given to opportunity to do something most of us can only dream of.
With regards to Horny Rams comment regarding how well we performed at the end of last season, was it purely co-incidental that the team for the latter part of the season comprised those players who played so well during the previous season. Virtually none of last seasons numerous signings actively participated towards the end of the campaign. It remains to be seen how many of this seasons new boys feature on a regular basis.
