Here's an idea OLd Man. Why don't you do something like this: "Excuse me Hayden, but why don't you give Billy Jackson/Uncle Tom Cobley a full game? I think he works his nuts off for the team." As he's a sociable sort of guy, Hayden will no doubt explain his reasons and that would save you the trouble of writing a message which no-one else but Hayden can answer. Didn't you think of that?
