Subject: No horsing around with the animal cops



Oh my, while Miss Madison pageant director Joe Neumaier was in a party mood in Oshkosh last night and this past week, we learn that his half-sister is a far worse situation.


Thurley Neumaier, 62, was charged on multiple horse and animal abuse cases in Richland County where the family has rural property.

All of this was happening while Joe Neumaier was running all over Oshkosh this week in suits, dress pants, and a tuxedo, while this woman looked liked she needed a pageant-type make-over and new clothes for her police mug shot picture, see stories here:
