i would say other than the established elite already, a few of the younger kids are going to continue with their progress. Paul Morrison although hurt for much of the year, and his plans being kept quite secretitive now, even recent princeton alum can't find the details. I think Paul will be a very low 13:40 to 13:38 type. Bohan will run around 28:30-40 as he is now back into a strong trainig routine and won't race again for a bit trying to make another jump, He will be on the line at Sr nats 5000m. I don't know the deal with Matt Kerr but rumour had him moving up to 5k as well, if he isn't sticking to steeple this is a bit baffling, as he is an NCAA champ in this event. I really think the 5000 is going to have some serious depth over the next two years if all the kids keep bangin away. Hell the kid from South Florida is making some nice gains. I really belive this year the kids around 13:50-14:00 minutes last year will be low 13:40's to high 13:38's this year. who knows where Jermy Deere ends up does he turn into a 13:20's guy as form should show.
With this progress these kids are going to make things impressive and add much needded depth to the national distance rankings.
