OK here I come and I read the first paragraph on your page where you state you are racing your first 10,000 this weekend at Big East and then I go and look at your weekly training and I see 49 miles in three days with 2 workouts including your first speed workout. What is the deal. Big East 10,000 is loaded you've never run one before and you are on pace to hit 112 miles this week. Just a little confusing to me. Best of luck this weekend, your legs are going to hurt you at around 18 laps because of your silliness in training!
