Subject: Hello all!! I knew JC would have posted something here! *G* The ankle is fused now...and Chris is in a LOT of pain, actually he was feeling pretty good when I left hospital--morphine drip! :) They tapered him off that last night and now have him on Percoset I believe--good stuff that! *g* He's just in a brace now...will get the cast in a week or so, and be in it quite a bit longer than HE originally thought. But from talking to his doc it sounds like it was what he expected...so I'm thinking I'll never let the Dh go to the doc alone again! It could be up to 4 months in the cast...so there goes his pool time this summer! He should be coming home today...I'll update later! Thanks for the good thoughts guys...now let's just pray this takes---if not there will have to be another surgery--and I don't think *I* can take that!
