I had a talk with my DDs today, and told them never to ride in a car with an unlicensed person, ask a speeder to stop and let you out, I will come get you no matter where you are! They told me a story of an 18 year old that let a 13 year old drive, got pulled over, and the other young gilrs in the car got phone calls home. They know this girl!
