Subject: Probably. I was just wondering why they need to put artificial color to a herbal based pill for better sleep which turns out to be almost black anyway, and sugar substitute to something you swallow!*lol* It just makes no sense adding this stuff. What for??? It would save costs NOT to add anything. It is the same here, by the way, I always read what is in a product as well.
In reply to: swvaLinda 's message, "You know I just attended a seminar about this very topic the other day at my local health food store! They said a product only has to have so much (and it can be quite little) of a natrual ingredient to put the term 'natural' on their product label. It's very misleading! I'm always checking labels now. I don't know why they have to do it but I suspect a lot of it has to do with cutting costs." on 09:22:43 07/30/03 Wed
