I used to think when our body died that was it. I now know without a doubt that there is a higher power and that we are all a part of that power. Heaven is an idea but I dont believe in hell at all. Hell is here if we make it that way.

I had an experience of having a spirit in my house, a earth bound male, with help from Germany on the computer( Hi Antje) I learned how to help him pass into the light.
I have heard more stories of people having visitations than I can count. I have had messages from the spirit when I have "wondered" about someone, or had a question. I have seen an angel(?) and have felt the peace and love and the insignificance of the earthly problems I encountered.

There is just so much to learn and wonder about, so much that isnt explained that there has to be another life to learn in. Another place to go for answers when we are done with these bodies.

I feel this so strongly now. I am not afraid of death, though I do want to live a nice long life, but my DH is terrified. He wont even listen to me talk about my beliefs.
he will be one of those spirits that gets to the other side and says OHHH I really messed up!! I should have listened!!

anyway, thats all for now
