Subject: Hi Ginger and Welcome! The most helpful thing I had to learn (and still find myself being called to practice) about dealing with when "bad" things happen, is to suspend judgement of whether it is good or bad. There have been times when what I first thought was a bad thing happened but then the way it turned out, I could see that it was really a good thing because something better came along. Does that make sense?? hahaha Leave off the judgement, ask the Universe (or God or whomever you please) what are you supposed to be learning here, and then be open to hear what the answer could be. Prayer is when we talk to God and Meditation is when God answers. As for your teaching, what grade level do you teach? We hear alot these days about looming teacher shortages, but mostly for the older students--there are plenty of people who chose to teach the wee ones. I'm in NH... where are you looking to move to?
