The Highest Vision Foundation Presents:
A RETURN TO ONENESS 2005 -- A Holy Week Chi-gong Workshop
Chi-gong or qigong (Chinese) is a meditation that synchronizes one's energies with the natural flow of life with the use of one's body movements. The physical aspect of Chi-gong is very fluid and the poses symbolize various divine messages that bring one back to the energy center or "chi" and allow one to experience the true meaning
of being one with nature and, most of all, the power of unconditional love.
This ancient exercise that goes way back 3,000 years has had amazing effects on one's health in mind, body and spirit. As one gets immersed in merely surviving a stressful life, dealing with inner and outer conflicts and the fear of not being able to achieve one's goals, this practice is a great reminder that deeper within is a
cornucopia of blessings that can be shared by all at any time. The artful forms likewise give a remarkable experience of oneself as an infinite fountain of love in action. It is to be enjoyed by young and old – just like life!
This Holy Week, the Highest Vision Foundation (HVF) gives you a holistic treat to a relaxing atmosphere at Osabel's resthouse in Antipolo, Rizal, a haven that feels far from the city. The workshop will be facilitated by accredited teacher Mr. David Monticello who specializes in Sheng Zhen Wuji Yuan Gong, the original most basic form of Chi-gong. The theme, "A Return to Oneness," is the same title of a book by David's guru. "Sheng Zhen" refers to the essence
of the universe, which is unconditional love, the spirit that moves the whole practice of Wuji Yuan Gong.
Participants will have a restful taste of Chi-gong while surrounded by nature. At the resthouse you can hear the birds sing, watch the water flow through tranquil streams and enjoy the cool winds all throughout the day. Greet the sunset and sunrise while breezing through the Chi-gong movements as you return to oneness.
