QotD: I'd indict the Chief of Police for manslaughter, in that gross official misconduct and negligence resulted in a number of preventable deaths. (Did the cops ever do ANYTHING right?)

Though now I'm thinking I've been watching way too much Jack McCoy on Law & Order. :-D
