The memory of my Katie (the love of my life) is still palpable...every time one of us loses a Boxer kid....it brings back all the feelings. The place where their water or food was, their favorite toys, a car trip with an empty car.....an outing they so loved. Making cookies and remembering how much they loved a certain one.....Katie LOVED oatmeal cookies. Snuggling in bed, going to the pet store......
Ophelia will always be a present memory/feeling for you.
It makes the feeling of Heaven/Rainbow Bridge very real and something to look forward to.....Ophelia is having a very pleasant time for now at the Bridge.....but when Mama comes.....it will be wonderous.
I cannot wait to see my Katie and Daisy, Patches again.
