It's like you're demanding we all go along with your ideas, no... it's like you assume we all have, anyone would, and it's okay to just plow ahead. You're playing like the head of a team and the team doesn't matter. Just chill out, okay? You're acting so strange I can't help but think you're panicing.

Yes, things need order but don't push so damn hard at everything. If you were someone I worked with I'd quit due to stress.
