Since it's all text, and links to sites outside GAFF (mostly text pages), GAFF still requires proper disclaimers (i.e., age-of-consent requirements, not-responsible disclaimers), in addition to fulfilling whatever contractual obligations it has with its web host. If GAFF hosts adult pictures, videos, or sound on its site or board, then it may require adult-verification technology depending upon where GAFF is being hosted and by whom.

So long as it stays text and links to outside sites, disclaimers should be sufficient.
