Moving up.. No, just getting more credentials under my belt. I don't want to say I'm bored with the job, but breaking up the daily routine is good sometimes. Not interested in Management, although this new pay scale has got people's eyes on the prize, money that is.. About a $25,000 pay increase but its not worth it. Too many headaches.

FAA is looking for people to go to Dubai and work for $140,000 a year -tax free. Also, there are now internships available from the FAA... I've read about it at work, but I haven't explored the FAA's website.. They said there is more information on there.. You may want to pass that on to your students..

How's class sizes??
