Don't work in TMU but it seems like an easy job here at ZME. It probably depends on the center, I would imagine busier places like New York or Atlanta would be more difficult. Most of the time it looks like they are just kicked back. During a rush they would be somewhat busy but when you are not in one of those periods you don't have to manage much traffic.

Plus at TMU you will never get any kudos for doing a good job from controllers just yelled at when you mess up.
