I work at a short staffed up/down facility. My shifts go like this:

1st Day: 1430-2230
2nd Day: 1300-2100
3rd Day: 0800-1600
4th Day: 0530-1330
5th Day: 2200-0600 (this is 8 1/2 hours after 4th day, so I come back for the mid the same day I get off the day shift)
6th Day: 2200-0600 (Overtime) EVERY week!

Our staffing is only going to get worse with one leaving in two weeks, and another in August with no one checking out before then. So 10 hour days should be coming soon. I occasionally get them now when people call in sick.
