Subject: URET Training

We were informed on Thursday that ALL en route classes are now required to perform URET training.

If you have a firm offer in hand that indicates an en route position and you will not be required to conduct URET training you can plan on staying in OKC for an additional two weeks for URET training (unless you are going to Alaska or Guam.)

We only had 20 days left and they told our class that they will be amending our offer to include the URET training and we will more than likely not be receiving AG pay after the PV. Great news to start off the day.

This has thrown a curve at several people who will not have a place to live after the PV (the FAA housing is completely full.) My roommate and I are quite lucky becuase Walnut Gardens has been very accomidating.
