One confused guy, have you graduated yet? Your CTI school will refer you to OKC when you graduate. Once this is complete you will be refered (to the states of your choice)for hiring. You then will be set up with an interview (tower or enroute option) at the nearest facilty. After the interview they will recomend you to OKC. They will then send you a tenative offer. This offer is pending you pass a Medical(same as 2nd class with an EKG and Hearing) Phyc (2 tests with about 200 questions), drug test and SF86 (brackground check and finger prints). After all that is complete (given you meet the standards)and sent to OKC, they will contact you with a final offer and give you a class date.

As for knowing if they received your info I suggest you call them and ask. The CTI contact is Maggie Urrutia. I don't have her number but someone here might. You might be able to look her up at employees.faa.gov
