I have a 3BR in OKC that I have rented to several UND grads. It's way cheaper, fully furnished, and you will definitely get the full per diem. I talked to the ladies in the housing office. If you want to check with them you can tell them my name and they will confirm. I will have 2 bedrooms available for your class. I only rent to academy students. I have been doing this for two years and haven't had a problem yet. It's best when there are 2 people from the same class because they can carpool, study, etc. Let me know if you're interested.
