Well, not like it helps you out much MKR, but from what I hear, the graduates now can turn down the FAA up to three times on their offers. Although that isn't exactly choosing what kind of facility you go to, it sort of gives you that option unless you are offered 3 of the same kind of facility.

Unfortunately for you, it sounds like you'll just have to bust your tail and get checked out and try to transfer. If your OJT is bad, remember, it is your career not his, and if you need to, request a different OJT.
